Previously served in various financial and tax management positions with Arthur Andersen & Co., Warner Bros., Inc., Carolco Pictures, Inc., and Price Waterhouse & Co. Mr. Freeman has written extensively for various financial journals and taught classes in Income & Estate Taxation at the College level. Steve Ko, CPA, MBT: Over twenty years experience in tax planning for high net worth individuals, small business consultation, and financial reporting. Steve received his audit training at the "Big Eight" accounting firm of Peat, Marwick & Mitchell, where his responsibiliities included conducting in-service programs teaching auditing and accounting to trainees. Steve deals with high level technical issues from organizing a real estate partnership to structuring the sale of a manufacturing company. He attacks all potential transactions, looking for the best possible way to structure a deal. His goal: maximize clients' returns while providing a high level of safety. William Levy, CPA: Mr. Levy has extensive experience and training in income tax consultation for small businesses and high net worth individuals. He has testified many times as an expert witness in court cases and depositions regarding fraud, insolvency, property settlement, marital dissolution, forensic accounting, and income tax planning. Andrew Sapin, CPA:

Our offices are centrally located at the northeast corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Windsor Street in Hancock Park, between La Brea and Crenshaw Boulevards, approximately midway between downtown and Beverly Hills.
