With over twenty years of experience, Mr. Freeman specializes in accounting, tax, and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and estates. His background includes roles at Arthur Andersen & Co., Warner Bros., Inc., Carolco Pictures, Inc., and Price Waterhouse & Co. He has also contributed to financial journals and taught classes in Income & Estate Taxation at the college level. Educational credentials: B.S. from UCLA, MBA from USC, CPA in the State of California, and an MS from the College of Financial Planning.

Steve Ko, CPA, MBT

Mr. Ko brings over twenty years of experience in tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, small business consultation, and financial reporting. He began his career with the "Big Eight" accounting firm of Peat, Marwick & Mitchell, where he conducted in-service programs on auditing and accounting. His expertise ranges from organizing real estate partnerships to structuring the sale of manufacturing companies. Educational credentials: B.S. from California State University, Northridge, Masters in Business Taxation from Golden Gate University, and CPA in the State of California.

William Levy, CPA

Mr. Levy has extensive experience in income tax consultation for small businesses and high-net-worth individuals. He has testified as an expert witness in cases involving fraud, insolvency, property settlements, marital dissolution, forensic accounting, and income tax planning. Educational credentials: B.S. from UCLA and CPA in the State of California.

Andrew Sapin, CPA
